only when your abandoned American dreams rust can we exist
if you really needed it, you wouldn't leave it behind



took the worst possible wrong turn you can make in Detroit
the point of no return
there was a sign that read


"YOU CANNOT TURN AROUND YOU MUST PROCEED TO CANADA"

so we did..
no passport so we had to talk to immigration officials
afraid they might search the car, luckily they did not
finally after being questioned by both the Canadian side and the U.S. side we returned to Detroit
a little rattled but ok


nobody has seen the horrors
all the horrors that i've seen
the people here are bruised black and broken
oh the horrors that i see






drunk, busted and staying in Detroit...Chicago tomorrow
